Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every purchase from Built Different Supplements ([Trading name, registered address and company number to be confirmed]) through builtdifferentsupplements.co.uk. By placing an order or booking a consultation you agree to them. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ordering

• You must be 18 or over to buy from us.
• Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch, not when you pay. If we cannot supply something we will refund it in full.
• Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
• Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Options, costs and expected times are set out on our Shipping & Returns page.

Cancelling an order

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an order for goods for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and return the goods within a further 14 days for a refund. This does not apply to sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery, for health and hygiene reasons. Full details, including who pays return postage, are on the Shipping & Returns page.

Faulty or wrong items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 anything we sell must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If it is not, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or later for a repair, replacement or refund as the law allows. We cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

Consultations

• A consultation is a 45-minute one-to-one video call, paid for in full when booked.
• By booking a time within 14 days of paying, you ask us to provide the service inside the usual 14-day cancellation period. You can still cancel before the appointment and receive a refund less a proportionate charge for any work already done.
• Rescheduling: [reschedule and late-cancellation policy to be confirmed]. Contact us as early as you can if you need to move a session.
• Consultations offer general nutrition and lifestyle guidance. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always speak to your GP or pharmacist before changing medication or if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Products

Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult a health professional before use.

Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. We are not liable for business losses.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings there.
